The Football League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game against Fleetwood Town this Monday.

Match Day referee Brooks is new to the Football League this year, having taken charge of 21 games at National League level last season. In those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he handed out a total of 45 yellow cards and zero red cards.

He was most card happy in the match between Forest Green and Lincoln in August with a total of five yellows being shown.

This season he has taken in 32 games with a return of 144 yellow cards and ten red cards.

His highest card count so far was eight yellows and one red in the match between Mansfield and Yeovil, he showed the same in the Millwall v Rochdale match. He also showed nine straight yellow cards in the game between Bristol Rovers and Gillingham.

Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of our players edge closer to automatic bans.
