The winners of each category will be named on the evening of Thursday March 2 at Battersea Evolution and winners will again be decided by a panel of leading ex players, football administrators and journalists.
The event will again raise funds for Willow, the only national charity providing Special Days for seriously ill 16-40 year olds and with the sum raised last year at the ceremony, they will be hoping to top that this time around.
Former Arsenal goalkeeper Bob Wilson founded the charity and it has now become an annual event in the world of football.
