Millwall’s League 1 season continued with a draw against Coventry at the Den on Saturday.

A late equaliser ensured Millwall collected a point in a one-one draw against Coventry, who would have claimed their first win of the season.

Chances for Millwall to take the lead were missed before Sordell put Coventry ahead, with his first goal for the club, midway through the first half beating Archer from 25-yards.

The points could have been secured by Coventry but not taking these allowed Millwall to earn a point when Morison set up O’Brien who did the rest with less than 20-minutes to play.

Here’s a round up of the League 1 action from the other matches played.

Charlton’s unbeaten run went on but the Addicks had to take a point from a two-two draw at Fleetwood with this one of many draws seen in League 1 this weekend.

The adjustment to life in League 1 from last seasons League 2 Champions Northampton continued, the loss of Chris Wilder to Sheffield United hasn’t caused too much problems for the Cobblers who beat Walsall two-nil at Sixfields.

Also coming up with Northampton were Oxford, they saw off Swindon with the U’s winning two-nil at the Kassam Stadium.

Most convincing winners were Scunthorpe with the Iron thrashing Southend four-nil at Glanford Park.
