Manager Ian Holloway has said that he’s got faith that Paris Cowan-Hall will quickly make the transition from League Two to the Championship and prove that he’s got all the qualities the gaffer thinks he has, to make an impact and make himself a fan favourite at The Den over the coming season.

Speaking to the official site Holloway also confirmed that Cowan-Hall would hopefully be the first of several additions over the coming month of January.

‘I think Paris has got what we need. He is hungry, he runs all day, he can jump, he gets good crosses in and he has been scoring goals. I think the fans will love Paris. We have been crying out for someone like him – that player who can run with the ball. I’m really excited to get him here.’

Holloway goes on to say that he can obviously play on the right and left wing, but also offers options through the middle up front, so with that versatility and his hunger to succeed he’s sure that once he finds his feet he’ll become a very important first team member for us as we see the season out.

‘I’m looking forward to working with Paris and am pleased to already have it done, it shows that we have been thinking. Hopefully it will be the first of many this window because we are going to have to do some business.’
