Manager Ian Holloway has said he is upbeat ahead of the game against Yeovil Town.

With Yeovil rooted to the bottom of the table and only having won five games all season, one of which being the season opener against us that they took one nil, many would say that out of our last few fixtures they are ripe for the taking, but obviously Millwall’s progress all season hasn’t been much better and we have only won one more game than they have, although we have a six point cushion over them thanks to an additional three draws.

We can hardly claim we are in good form either and since Ollie came in he knows we have to start picking up better points that we have done so far, but that’s the source of his confidence.

Speaking to the official site ahead of tomorrow’s encounter, the gaffer said.

‘These are three great games coming up for us now against Yeovil, Bolton and Barnsley which give us a great chance to pick up some points against teams in and around us. I believe we are capable of going on a bit of a run, and with that the confidence an then the consistency will come.’

Have to hope it proves to be true, there is more than enough about us to take all three points, and following their manager’s words about Ed Upson, Holloway has already barbed that maybe he won’t be a gentleman and keep the agreement not to play Upson, but making those comments you’d imagine he has helped fire up the team to prove a point on behalf our new recruit anyway.
