Manager Ian Holloway has said he was pleased with what he saw from our run out against Dartford earlier tonight.
A one nil victory thanks to a second half goal from Jermaine Easter gave us the win in our opening pre season friendly of the summer, and the gaffer was delighted to get the opportunity to use all 26 players in the game, with the majority getting a good 45 minutes under their belts.
Speaking quickly following the game to the official site, the gaffer explained.
‘We’ve kept a clean sheet and scored a decent goal. It was a good work out for us. The lads worked hard and Dartford gave us a good test. We’ve got our way of doing things and we’ll keep improving.’
There should be a lot more reaction to the match tomorrow.
