James Henry has moved to Wolverhampton Wanderers on a 93 day loan, joining up with former manager Kenny Jackett again at the Midlands’ club.

It is with a view to a permanent move in the January window.

Steve Lomas explained that the deal had gone through because James is in his last year of his contract, hasn’t been in his current plans and obviously wants to get out and play.

He says under normal circumstances you’d want to keep your best players with you, but the decision has been taken to grant him the move.

This could obviously open up the door for Lomas to bring somebody else in during the loan window now.
