Oxford university own the Calmont Road training ground and the lease is up in 2024. We can’t develop it and they want long term commitment to sign a new lease. I slate the club at times but buying this land makes 100% sense as training ground.

I can see why they are so interested, they must be wondering where they are going to play when they get thrown out of the valley.
I reckon they will crowdfund to get a station built next to our training ground.

They are miles away; there are two pubs in West Kingsdown. I'm hoping that the academy will host matches there and we can actually watch them.

As a training ground maybe ! Moving there no as its not just one motor way we have to worry about as the M25 joins up with the M20 and the A2 I live near Dartford and it a nightmare when there is accident
