Welsh teams want the best of both worlds

Swansea , Cardiff, whrexham & Newport are seeking to enter the Welsh Cup in order to have a chance to play in Europe. Why don't they just leave the EFL as it is an English league and join the Welsh league as they should and let 4 proper English clubs play in their place or maybe every efl club should ask to,play in their cup so we can have a chance of playing in Europe seems only fair
