WBA stream refund

As poor as it was, it wasn't the club's fault.
I'm happy for them to keep the money.
Was worth £10 for that performance anyway.

Just sent this to the club...

Dear Sir,

I write to offer my observations on the live match streaming service offered by Millwall TV this season.

I have been a subscriber with an annual pass for some years now, since the service first started with iFollow.

At the start the service was extremely poor, with many breakdowns.

Over the years, this steadily improved, until last season I would rate the service as excellent.

However, sadly, I cannot say the same this season.

Since the start of the season I have experienced the following problems...

1. No sound at all

2. Crowd noise, but no commentary.

3. Commentary provided by the opposition, not Karl and Max

4. Poor quality video. (blurred picture, intermittent freezing and the like) I should say my internet download speed is over 900Mb/sec, so it is not caused by that.

5. Video stopping altogether, so I have to refresh the page.

6. Commentary so quiet I cannot hear it above the crowd noise.

Unlike with iFollow, the problems I have been experiencing are becoming worse each week, until on Saturday v West Brom. the stream did not work at all. It started working after 28 minutes, with opposition commentary, then packed up altogether ten minutes later.

To say that I am not satisfied with this level of service would be an understatement. I pay £140 up front, in good faith, and I have to say that I am not receiving anything like value for money.

I understand that for those who purchased a match pass on Saturday, you are offering a refund of their fee.

What are you going to do for customers like me who have paid for a whole season and have received nothing but poor service since day one, not just on Saturday?

Kind regards

Big Paul

I’m not one to blame the club for every little thing that does wrong, too many memories of great moments over the years. But they offer the service and on this occasion that service was nowhere near scratch. Of course they should refund

Expected reply.

Dear Big Paul

We are sorry to hear of the problems you are experiencing this season and we will investigate the matter further. Don't give up as we are sure this will clear up by itself, just be patient.

To compensate, we have numerous XXXL shirts from last season, just pick either Home, Away or 3rd, you may even wish to choose a Goalkeepers jersey. Let us know your choice and we will send you one free of charge, although with the number of similar complaints, it may make this difficult, so first come, first served.
We note that you reside in France, as that is the case we would require the postage cost and we feel a reasonable charge would be £30, be quick in case Royal Mail decide to put their prices up again

Kind Regards

Millwall TV.

Their response is to make you pay (postage) for their redundant stock of shirts ??
Tell them to shove it.

Apart from that, you’re happy with the service 😉
