A home game on Remembrance Sunday against high flying Burnley who'll be looking to add to their current 9 game unbeaten run. Talking of flying i notice Burnley are managed by that trainspotting ringer for a Thunderbird robot. Parker ain't it :hehe: He'll get plenty of verbal from the west stand. Got to get the crowd going and nasty as it will unsettle him. You'll never beat Millwall,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Their last defeat on the road was at Sunderland back in late August. Since then their away form has been decent as has their defence . They won at both Leeds and Sheffield Wednesday, drawn with Oxford and Hull who are the first side to to score against them in four games on the road. We are on a good run and only need a goal to win so they're beatable. A big game and tough test but i think we'll beat em.

Head to head

Played 62 won 19 Drawn 21 Lost 22. Goals for 74 Against 81

Biggest win 4-1 September 1932 at the Den

Let em come.

Remembering our fallen hero's.

As always this sombre but special day will be the main event as the football takes a back seat for a while. Bring plenty of coin for the sweethearts that will be out and about all around the ground with their poppies, pins and money tins that need filling. I have every faith that they will be and more.

There'll be a table near Harry's bar selling The poppy pin badge and others.

As always a big big thank you for your service to@obeney @Ulster Lion @Saxon Lion @CanningTownMFC @ballsey @twigster

Apologies to anyone that i've overlooked

Much appreciated P. On a positive note a couple of us were seeking out ex 42 Commando members around the Glasgow area and stumbled across someone known to us the system forgot living on the streets of Paisley. Upshot is we've got him housed and comfortable and back in society. I've handed him keys to a gaff of mine indefinitely but knowing the Archie of old he won't accept charity for too long. Tears are rolling as I type this at the thought of those suffering alone as I once did. As long as we keep remembering and doing the right thing for our boys!

Well done mate that’s brilliant! 👍 Archie and others are a group who also must not be forgotten.

Gives him his dignity back and trust me he earned it! Ex military tend to not want to make a fuss and ask for nothing from anyone. It's hard to get your life back when it finishes. Lots of family break ups due to the constant pressure of dealing with combat. Arch was a good 14 stone in the day. Doc weighed him in at just short of 8 when I took him in. Our fridge doors are there for him to open whenever he needs a leg up. Ms Cannings nephew is a Union Bear and we sent Arch to Aberdeen with em last night. (Apologies Arch!) Last time he went to watch Rangers was 92.

Have you heard of the charity Emmaus? They take on people in similar situations and provide a home, food and a work schedule. So not like most charities that just handout but give them something to do. This provides a sense of purpose and restored there dignity and sense of wellbeing. They are world wide too. Have a look https://emmaus.org.uk/

In my capacity as Minister for Millwall TV (formerly iFollow), I can inform those that use the service that the match this Sunday will see the introduction of the new in house service for match streaming.
Ironic they should do this for a match that is live on S*y where availability of the new service will be limited.
Anyway, hopefully onwards and upwards.

That will be a double blow for you if you fail your fitness test and have to miss it.

God bless you mate. Best wishes to Archie!!

A few Rib Eyes and his body weight of Nurishment and he'll be on the mend!
And some cabbage mate. Cup of cabbage water too. My old man lived off of the stuff, he was as a strong as an ox and never had a cold/ virus. Soon as someone had the sniffles in our house the pot came out to be loaded with cabbage. Get a bowl of it down ya and a cup of hot cabbage water

Can't whack a drop of cabbage! I used to eat spinach and drink half a bottle of dry white wine. You could literally feel yer fuckin sinews tighten up! The Popeye thing weren't a myth!

Used to do the spinach, broccoli and chicken feast after an hour down the gym on the weights. The greens help your muscle tissue repair plus that with the protein had my arms and chest bulging.
