Tin tack for Robins n/w

Given Coventry’s progress in recent years - from home games at Northampton to almost making it to the Premiership playing free-flowing football - I’ve had a lot of time and respect for them but if, as strongly rumoured, Lampard replaces Robins I hope they disappear through the trapdoor 🙏

I'm guessing that Rowett will be in the running too.

If I owned a club in this division and wanted results, then I'd appoint Rowett. The football wouldn't be exciting but he would deliver.

Joe Edwards mentioned Lampard and Chelsea in nearly every pre-match press conference he ever fucking did and it did my head in.

You would of thought he is the only one they have been talking to as bookies don't normally leave themselves open.
I doubt there's much interest or money being spent on that particular market. It wouldn't take much to shorten the odds on one of them.

Just thought they wouldn't give such long odds to all but the favourite if others were also at the same stage of the interview process.
Fair point. Could be a stunt by the bookies but more than likely just punters reacting to what's in the press. There's various reasons and sources to get a rumour going.

Ruud van Nistelrooy
4/7
Lee Carsley
5/2
Frank Lampard
4/1
Matt Bloomfield
20/1

Has been mentioned that Nistelrooy applied after being sacked.

According to Sky Sports News: Lampard in advanced talks with Coventry :shake:

It’s got to be the last chance saloon for Frank and some Chairmen never learn 🤦‍♂️

Why do rubbish managers keep getting jobs? I can make you lose loads of games and I will happily take just £50k a year and all expenses paid.
