Ticket site and membership help

Bought a couple of tickets over the phone for Hull for Mrs Axholme and myself.I cant see anywhere where my purchase history is and where the loyalty points are shown. Any help would be appreciated.

Understood from a conversation with the ticket office last season that loyalty points are accumulated over last 3 seasons including the present one. Anything before then automatically wiped off. Assuming that will still be the case.

However, also used to be able to see purchase history and points accrued across all seasons so maybe a change.

I did it slightly longer than Durham. Logged in, then clicked back on profile icon, brought option of 'manage account', clicked on that and brought up the profile page, clicked on the tickets header, clicked back on profile icon which brought up view account menu at the bottom, clicked on that and brought up account management, clicked on that and given option of 'network' and 'account history'. It's the latter you need to show what you've bought this season and loyalty points accumulated. As Durham says only shows information for this season.

Then had a lie down in a darkened room!

Booked online and both arrived in the post this morning. Aware that ticketing site has come in for criticism but that's good service by anyone's book.
