I’m afraid he got injured before his international debut. Our medical must be really tough.

Its a metatarsal injury which will heal and I think it was deemed that it was not such that would jeopardise the deal. Think 8 weeks is a very conservative estimate

Very odd. Signed for us, were told he’s out for 8 weeks but then called up for Serbia and training? They play on Thursday, if he gets minutes then there will be some serious questions raised.

If there’s something administrative preventing him from playing then the club should’ve been open and honest about that.

If Serbia have picked him knowing he has a metatarsal injury then that is a liberty in itself and I would suspect we’d be having murders. Also I doubt the player would be thankful?

The whole situation is strange to me
