The mighty Lions V Preston

@Frank 1960 @whittleseymfc where are you…. Let’s be having you.

As for Harris how dare you play football on the ground, you are hurting the muppets above feelings
What do you want me to say?
My opinion is that Harris is poor. I first went to the Den over 50 years ago and they have had plenty of money from me over the years. I think I am entitled to my opinion and I am puzzled by all your personal attacks. We are all supposed to support the same club after all. Harris OUT

bit pissed off we conceded as had us to win to nil in a Yankee and it cost me a few quid as two others came in, but well happy with that performance. Just switched off in the last ten minutes
Enjoyed that. Joe Bryan had his third very good perfomance for Millwall had me doubts but he s comin good. Longshanks is lookin a bargain at less money than Paul Goddard. Early payout on Millwall,Lincoln and Blackpool treble made a small profit. Carter, Levellers and the Furies on youtube and time to rinse the online poker community :grinning:

I’ve been really impressed by our play in the last two games, albeit against two poor teams.

Several players have excelled but for me the main reason is for the first time in several seasons we have a midfield that’s comfortable on the ball and positive. Watmore could lift his head on more occasions but he’s a threat and tracks back.

I think Saville and De Norre have been outstanding, some of the Casper’s one touches are sublime and I genuinely believe he’s bringing the best out of everyone around him.

Special mention for Langstaff, his movement is superb, has Jed’s pace (also runs like him) and, fortunately, more brains 😉. Not as good in the air as Tom but more effective.

The test will come against stronger teams but I’m cautiously optimistic 👍

Bryan going forward looks good. Defending can be a liability and gives away unnecessary fouls.

So no recognition for Harris and the boys today. But plenty to say when we lose. That is why.....

Back after 2 hour journey home via Woolwich Ferry due to Rotherhithe Tunnel being shut.
That was our best performance of the season. Better than the Sheff Weds because we kept it going for 80 minutes rather than a few good spells.
Not been his biggest fan but Bryan was outstanding today, late foul aside. The number of times he nipped in front of their player to win the ball back, I lost count.
We continually turned the ball over high up due to the press from the whole front 4 but particularly Langstaff & Honeyman.
3 really well worked goals with good finishes. a couple of good saves from Jensen. Every player gave everything today.
The subs all did well when they came on, particularly Wintle so we have some good squad depth there.
I do think Emakhu was bit unlucky there and it was right in front of us. Defender left his leg trailing so Emakhu went down like most strikers would so I think the yellow was a bit harsh in the first place. Then he gets a kick in the back from their player while he was down and reacts to that and their knob goes down like he was hit by Dubois. Never a straight red. 2 yellows possibly but should only have been 1 in my opinion.
Pleased that Honeyman redeemed himself, Langstaff now off the mark and has been excellent last couple of games. Esse just gets better and better.

Glad to see all the Harris haters come on here saying well done. Yeah, right.

Harris Hoofball is shit *

Me neither we could win the next 20 games but it won't change my opinion on harris nice to see us win though.

If we won the our next 20 games then surely your opinion on Harris wouldn't carry any weight anymore no? Do you not believe in things and people changing? By all accounts we played very well today and no sign of Harris ball.

I'm not a Harris fan by any stretch, but recently we've been very good. So credit where credit's due. For 70 minutes today we tore them apart, even with a cunt of a ref giving them everything and us nothing. He really had it in for Esse.

Agree about the ref, that's why Emakhu's sending off, could have cost us.
