I know we have had this conversation a few years ago but does anyone know if Paul Casella still goes to Wall, I often stood next to him, Carl and their crowd on the halfway.

I used to stand on the halfway line with a few of the lads and my mate Dennis Barham (RIP 2004). We used to put 50p each into a pot and got slips with the players numbers on it. First scorer wins. We were playing Sheff We’d and David Hirst scored the first goal, my missus had the winning number and went crazy, the looks from some of the other fans was a joy to watch. Then Hirst got another one and she jumped up and down shouting I’ve won again. Thankfully we came back in the second half to win 4/2.

I remember that hit him hard and he lost interest but I was wondering if he had recently been back, nice bunch they were way back when.

Carl and his mate (I presume was Paul) bought my maisonette in 2000 when I left London.(Catford)
