Agree we need to hit the ground running. Notoriously bad starters we would have made the play offs comfortably if why hadn’t have had the slow start we did.

I think we need one first team keeper and another as back-up. Evans was very good for us but I sending him on loan when he will get games and experience would be better than him sitting on the bench every week.

Jensen's injury is bad. He can recover from it but there are no guarantees he will be the same.
 
Ben HD on his YouTube channel ( one of the best for Championship IMO) reckons Honeyman in negotiations with Blackpool. Seems unlikely? Anyone heard anything?

Think we had our hands tied there we must have been desperate to sign him under those terms.i think only the 3 promoted sides could be interested in him and that means championship again in 12 might as well stay where he is.for the rest paying 1.2m for a player wont fit their profiles where a more expensive player raises their assets a know nothing chairman will want to know why a 1.2m player is playing instead of a 15m one

It's possible that we could see him back at the club in another role at some point in the future. Football and footballers move on quickly so who knows where a few years might take him. But he seems like the type who would be suited to coaching or management. He fitted in well here so it's not beyond the bounds of possibility that he could return some day, even if not as a player.

Indeed. Anyone who remembers the first three games of last season will be very aware of the result of not having Tango. We were probably lucky to get him at all.

Maybe AN can dangle the captaincy at him and persuade him to sign a new and more beneficial contract.

How much did Esse go for? The club managed to get him to sign a new contract before selling him for £14 million. These players are told by the club that we wont stand in their way as long as we can profit from it too. Flemming was bought to be sold on for at least double what we paid. Esse all profit bar what it cost us to develop him. The serb is another that we'll turn a nice profit on. We buy to sell on now. We're not buying or getting in ageing journeymen with no sell on value.

Tanganga only signed because of the clause that his people insisted on. We still got a top quality player for fuck all bar his wages. We will recoup that if and when he moves on and have a ready and waiting replacement in Cramer. The club have a clear strategy and are Implementing that whilst turning a profit. We can attract the quality that we'd could once only dream of. Have a bit of faith in those that run the club. We're in good nick and heading in the right direction. All whilst the owner works to make us self sufficient and less reliant on his handouts that saddle the club with debt.

Theres a good chance that he'll still be here in August. That is courtesy of carpark man.
 
When a team is doing well you'll always have scouts come to watch us. They aren't watching one particular player in that instance just running the rule over who's who. Tanganga will be easily replaced should he go. We'll save on wages and either recruit from within or another loan from the premier. It's how we got Tanganga in the first place.
