“That’s a big part of it with our team, the team spirit and the application,” Harris said. “If we’re ever going to fall short – and we have fallen short a couple times here – it’s not on desire and attitude.
“We’re never going to fall short of that as a football changing room. And at the moment we feel like we’ve got good players. We’ve got a good mix of players, I see them every day on the training pitch and the majority of days they’re very good in the way they play and the way they link up.”
Money can't buy that genuine team spirit, Harris set about getting that back into the club in his first stint, Rowett managed to carry it on and luckily Edwards wasn't here long enough to dismantle it.
It is part of the team that fans don't get to see and why experienced players are important and just perhaps shows that those running the club and the team might just know what they are doing.
