Best ever awayday. So proud to be Millwall!
Even better than Southampton away last season. Harris's first game back, and that's saying something. Wonderful memories I'll never lose.

3rd round- Walsall home 2-1- Braniff and Cahill

4th round- Telford away 2-0- Ifill and Wise

5th round -Burnley home 1-0- Dichio

6th round- Tranmere home 0-0-

6th round -Replay away Tranmere- 2-1- Cahill and Harris

Our following game (league)--Beat the vermin 4-1 on mothers day

Semi final- Sunderland 1-0- Cahill

I won £50 on the lottery and backed the Grand National winner on the Saturday then Millwall dreamland at Old Trafford on the Sunday. The £50 paid for the beer that weekend. COYL!!!

I backed Robbo for first goal scorer in the play off final against Swindon. He was 28/1 and i had a fiver on him which paid for me and my boys ticket plus a few quid in my pocket too. Great day for many reasons that was!!

Cheers, PL. I really enjoyed the chat with Iffy. Brought back memories of going with my brothers in the late 90’s. Seeing that team coming together. Funny how Ifill saw Reid as a more senior player, I remember Reid getting dogs abuse in his early days but showed the boo boys. One of the best I’ve seen in my time.

I’ve just realised I saw every game from Round 3 to the Final, including Telford away on a freezing night and the Tranmere replay

Was chatting about this the other day. Got a knock at door from Jehovahs Witness, asking me how bad I thought the world was!

Always stuck in my mind. A drunken Sunderland fan, all 6ft 7in of him and as wide, shouting you can't sell all your tickets. He was in full flow and we all were laughing at him as 2 mounted police came beside him and he went as quiet as a mouse
