Tanga feels loved

He could easily have done so as well. What I like is the fact he chose to come back to us, he seems a genuine bloke by his actions not just the talk.\ \
He loves us mate. He was very complimentary about us fans and loves the passion and atmosphere that we provide. I think it played a part in him opting to commit himself to us. He's a driven young man and wants to play at the highest level so we don't have to worry about him slacking off and settling for what he's got. Definitely captain material for me. He leads by example and has all the attributes to be a crowd favourite for years to come.

Agree 💯 with all of that P. And here’s his take on leaving Spurs for us.

If he's feeling special and loved, we need to get the "moaning cnts" onto it straight away. Some mid match cnting, bit about him being a spurs player, just general cnting off. We cant have players feeling happy. We need them hounded out for a bad touch or a "once in a 4 game" mistake.

Not the Millwall I know.

Assuming we get into the Premshit. 😉

You honestly believe someone would have payed 5m for him when we signed him 42 games in 4 years for spurs 2 failed stints abroad and a decent spell at a bottom half championship side.thats what people outside millwall will see
No, but my point was that if he carries on playing like he is and keeps improving with match practice, £5m would be at the bottom of his valuation. Add £10m and you’d be somewhere near . . . IMO

Also depends what's remaining on the contract. If it's near to expiry and no sign of the player renewing his value is somewhat lessoned. Do we offer more than two year to players anymore?

I don’t think so based upon recent evidence. We seem to be paying more, but de risking wherever possible by offering shorter lengths of deals. Alright with journeymen, not so with up and coming talent.
