After today, and listening to AN 16/1 is worth a punt. Like you say, can’t ever bet against us, but as a fan watching us recently and the direction we’re heading, they’re massive odds!

I'm not a betting man as my luck gambling is beyond hideous... I'm the sort of person who'd lose a horse race even if my super dooper horse had a 50% head start.... SO... I'm thinking about placing that bet just to prevent us from relegation... THAT would be worth a punt in my estimation!

Unfortunately, I think you're right. The fact is that we've sold our crown jewels and unless we use the money to get some reinforcements, we're in deep trouble. I just can't see where the goals are going to come from. We were averaging a goal a game before Esse left and his departure has left a huge hole in our attack. January isn't the best time to buy but they must have known for a while that Esse was leaving so you'd hope that they've done a bit of homework on some kind of replacement.

I think we look shit at the moment but I don't think we'll go down, but i agree it's a possibility and it will now be a horrible shit-fight scrapping for points until the end of the season... Weird how things turn around as things looked very different at the start of November.
We need Coburn and Emakhu back ASAP!

It's the bottom teams we seam to have trouble breaking down, how we can beat Burnley, & Leeds and be in this position of all doom and gloom is beyond belief but it does seem to be the way with us .

Come on chaps we aren’t gone yet, nowhere near. It was the same this time last year all doom and gloom and we finished comfortably in the end, of course there’s lots to pick apart about the club and squad but a few players back and a couple of wins and we’ll move on. That’s what I’m clinging to at the moment anyway.
