Regen update.

Where will we go when the new stadium is built? I’ve a feeling it’s likely to be palace or the Spotters. 😧🤷‍♂️
 
When will homes be for sale--or will they be rentals. If they are for sale, who does one contact.....
 
We were doing work at Bermondsey towers, that 28 floor one that looks into the Den. There is a low rise part that was social housing, that we were doing. The social housing have now pulled out, and just paid us for what we've done and cancelled our order.
 
So the Government have pulled the plug then. A bit counter productive as thats some 'afordable' housing thats lost. I wonder what the other priorities are?

Totally subjective but, I’ve absolutely no confidence Renewal will see this through to fruition :shake:

Could take 25 years, they never get these type of projects done on time.
Did we ever find out why Renewal got in the position they did and have managed to stay there?
I know there were enough corrupt people involved but was it all ignored to allow the project to carry on.
 
The people involved with Renewal have been buying pockets of land in the area for many years so must have been assured this Project was never going to be denied.

A company that has built nothing of note getting a contract this size is unheard of and i believe the Company is registered offshore and untraceable.

Renewal has quite a bit of info on the Gov.UK site, companies set up, ones they folded, only takes 10 minutes to follow some of the directors around the site to get the impression of a bunch of dodgy cnuts.
