Charlton aren't a small club, they are the absolute definition of a sleeping giant, they are just going through a phase and are biding their time before an all out assault on the Prem before marching into Europe and world dominance...Well, that's what they will tell you if you choose to listen!!!.

Get rid of Bennet as well. Can't see the point of him, can't plan around him. can't get 90 minutes from him, can't be relied on, bin him off and free up a place for someone that has his heart in the game.

I don’t think we can question Bennett’s heart. Always puts a shift in when he takes to the field and gives 100%. Just injury stricken, that’s all. Agree he can’t be relied on though, for that alone.

I agree. As much as I like Bennett, I think we have to release him at team end of the season, if not sooner. Sicknote is an understatement regarding him.
Shame really, as he would have been a real asset to us if he could stay fit.
