I always thought the rigours of the champions league would catch up with them eventually* It's a tough ask playing away in Barcelona midweek and then travelling to the likes of the mighty Exeter three days later.

Last five results below. Obviously just a minor blip that will be fixed very very soon 🤡

That lot must be suicidal. We dodged a bullet not appointing that unstable fucker, but then again, we did end up with Edwards.

Their next two league games could be interesting for them.
(Burton away, then Crawley at home.).

If they don't take at least four points, they will seriously be looking over their shoulder, and Casey Jones will be in for a proper tough time which might end in a train crash.

As much as I don't buy into Jones' being a really good coach (and Luton was a lucky one off), I reckon he has enough about him to avoid a relegation fight with The Spotters - But we can live in hope:

Thing is, just treading water in the third tier isn’t enough for the spotters. They see themselves as a big club and it’s a joy to watch them stagnate at that level because you just know it kills them. 😁
They’re obsessed with how others see them and whether they’re classed as a big club or not. Meanwhile we couldn’t give a shit lol

They’ve got to have enough to beat burton surely? Could see them struggling against Crawley though.

:ROFLMAO:

It must kill them knowing that #smallwall from The Toolbox have got their shit together - On and off the pitch.

Their plan to takeover Europe is still in it's infancy but things are moving quickly.
We all know that owners will trust their millions to the fans and their views.

Charlton Athletic has launched its Advisory Board (CAB) as part of a new framework for the club to engage with its supporters and other stakeholders.

Charlton aspires to become 'the most cohesive and sustainable community-driven club in the UK competing at an elite level'. The club has spent recent months meeting with relevant stakeholders to determine a new fan engagement strategy that will give all supporters - both existing and new - the opportunity to play their part in the club's future and growth.

It will have a key role in protecting the proud heritage of the football club, shaping its fan engagement and using its advanced community development strategy to widen and diversify the fanbase.

The strategy, which has included consultation with the Football Supporters’ Association, incorporates:

  • An Advisory Board, to include elected supporters and other key independent stakeholders
  • Fan Advocate Role (formerly known as Fan Adviser), representing fans on day-to-day operational matters
  • Bi-annual online Fan Meetings with Charlton Athletic Directors, allowing every fan the opportunity to put their questions direct to the club's decision-makers
  • Bi-annual Supporter Forum meetings to give fan representatives the opportunity to feedback on operational opportunities for improvement and development - next event Thursday, November 14th at The Valley led by the Fan Advocates
  • Working groups to be set up, with club and supporter representatives to drive forward key projects e.g. the recently established Club Shop Merchandise Working Group
  • Supporters can continue to liaise with the club on day-to-day matters through Charlton’s Supporter Liaison Officer Lisa Squires or by emailing fans@cafc.co.uk

They'll turn on him at some point and i doubt that he'll give a fuck about keeping them up at that stage. They're at bottom club Burton next so i'm hoping that our former walking wreck Mason Bennett can piss on their chips just for comedy value. Just gotta hope that he's half sober and can get from the dressing room to the pitch without breaking his leg or fracturing something :grinning:

The spotters have a knack of letting ex Wall players score against them. Lee Gregory will have a chance too cause the spotters have got Mansfield at the Valium in a few weeks. He's still tapping them in at the age of 36. He's never scored against the spotters so bucket list value there.

Edwards was out of his depth when handed real players some of whom shrugged their shoulders at his military grade tactics software spreadsheets. He mentioned "binary" and got a clump off Hutch.

I actually had a smile to myself earlier when i thought of the outrageous possibility of them getting relegated whilst we shithouse a 1-0 win at the play off final a few week later. If Carlsberg done flasks eh!! :rotfl::rotfl:
Just checked, they’re 50/1 to go down. I don’t think it’ll happen but I reckon theres more than a 1 in 50 chance. Worth a fiver? They seem like they’re in disarray down The Valium

I'd stick a quid on it mate. They ain't worth a fiver and you'll only blame yourself if they don't drop.
