Some of the knobs in here probably want Jones to replace Harris.
Wasn't he interviewed after Rowett left? He's supposed to be half decent so maybe just struggling cause he has a pile of shit to work with. Can be the case.

Then someone else to replace Jones and around it goes. Nothing would surprise anymore mate after the way Rowett was treated and turned on by a section of our fans. We're getting old now mate and it ain't the Wall that we've known for most of our lives. Football didn't seem so important back then plus the cesspit internet didn't exist. You wouldn't hear half the bile and nonsense farted out if we were all still going back to the boozer after a game. You wouldn't hear half the abuse that's aimed at our manger and team in the ground cameras didn't exist cause those doing it would be clumped into a heap.

I've only been on forums for around six year. It's a real eye opener. I've honestly never witnessed so much slagging, cunting, negativity and mouthing off in all my life. I never ever thought that i'd see fans turn on the team and manager so quick in all my time going either. It has saddened me to some extent cause i never knew we had people that want managers sacked, players dropped, sold, bought, played in a certain positions that they deem correct.

I naively thought that we stuck together, supported the team come rain or shine and saved the abuse and booing for the oppo. I admit that i find it hard to criticise us and will always look for a positive. The entitlement that is now ingrained in football fans is ruining the experience cause unless we're winning every week the whole thing turns toxic and the fun disappears.

Possibly, comes across to me like a complete plank though

He strikes me as a Willy Wonka type manager. Stuck it lucky once and has never really been able to back it up. He's over hyped in my opinion...
He's no better than Gary Rowett or Neil Harris, or even a match.
His record is certainly not all singing and dancing.

Still early days though, and plenty of time for him to drag them into an assault on League Two. And that would be something I really would class as a success.

They’ve got a horrible run of games coming up as well. The only winnable one, burton, has been postponed. Could be looking over their shoulders soon.

I think he's doing a sterling job mate. Long may it continue. Fuck it, may as well extend his contract as well. Choo choo to league two :grinning:

Looks like a sell out on Saturday for their champions league game against Real Wrexham. Going to be a lot of football tourists by all accounts! Well as you'd expect with this once in a lifetime clash of the titans who are doing a bit of charity work for smaller clubs by playing in the third division for a very very very short period*

The skies over London will be busy on Saturday morning as streams of football fanatics fly in from across the globe for what the football world is calling El Flaskio. Those unfortunate fans who couldn't endure the 12 mile queue for a golden ticket will take their chances with touts. It's been reported that £5 tickets have been exchanging hands for as much as £3.50 and are expected to hit an eye watering £3.25 prior to kick off.

As I said.......would Millwall do this.

The answer is a resounding NO.

They actually thrive on being disliked - and they create an atmosphere at home games that means the opposition are intimidated.

We go the other way & welcome the opposition & their fans.....even selling scarves with their names on ffs !

So I hope everyone will be happy when I cheer & clap when Wrexham score. I mean, it's what the club wants right ?
