Pre Season Friendly

Esse and Flemming got the goals

Millwall Starting XI: Jensen; Leonard, Harding, Wallace, Adom-Malaki; Emakhu, Massey, Honeyman, Esse; Langstaff, Bradshaw.

Millwall 60 Minutes: Jensen; McNamara, Tanganga, Cooper, Bryan; Watmore, Saville, De Norre, Smith; Flemming, Nisbet.

The U-21s are playing Cray Wanderers on Tuesday at their new stadium which is literally 5 minutes from my house.

Forest game moved back an hour to 8, 6 quid to watch a practice match, we just got given 4 million for changing kick off times and everything has still increased a lot in price, membership by 17% plus more fees coming for buying tickets from ticketmaster, I'm not impressed by our greed.

If you don't want to pay 6 quid, don't watch it.
Our season tickets remain excellent value for money, in my opinion.
Likewise the normal match day ticket.

I'm yet to pay to watch a game on the internet and I think the matchday ticket should be less than half of what it is.
Our 1st season in div1 was £3.50 to get in, that is less than a tenner in today's terms so £15 would be about right for the new ground, it's the players wages and agents fees that has dramatically changed not what I get for my money.

Put back I guess as it is a tad warm over there at the minute. Still around 30° at 9/10 o'clock in the evening.
60/70° humidity.

It's not only players wages and agents fees that have pushed up prices.
A Championship club now has loads more employees than they have ever had before.
The media department, fitness coaches, performance analysts, medical support staff, to name but a few.
I'm sure there are many others besides.
The clubs now face enormous costs even before a ball is kicked in anger.

Your right there are loads more employees at the club now although I dont think the football is any better for it though

Worse than the NHS*

This is the first rise in price for the membership in years as well. I very much doubt the club make a lot from the cost of the membership. Probably just about covers running costs with a few quid left over
