I’m gutted and I didn’t leave my front room!
Having said the above...I did travel to London for the match v Derby on 20 March 2020. The first covid postponement.
So I was a grand out of pocket then, and a weekend with fuck all to do.
I really do feel the pain of everybody who travelled, however far.

After all what happened, if they had everything sorted in time those of us that weren't there might not have seen the game anyway.

Cullen has also denied the game was abandoned after Sky Sports cameras were unable to reactivate following the initial power cut.
When asked by BBC Radio Solent’s Andy Moon whether the match would have gone ahead if Sky had been unable to broadcast, Cullen said: ‘Absolutely, the most important thing is to play the game.
‘In terms of broadcasters, it never entered into anybody's mind that, in the event Sky couldn’t broadcast the game, the match would have been off.
‘I am sure everybody would have been understanding (about playing it). The EFL would have wanted the game to go ahead, as would both teams and both sets of players, so that wasn’t a consideration at all.’

Surely there was a time when cameras worked by an on/off switch but yet progress in technology might have meant they wouldn't have worked last night.

‘Crowd safety is paramount’ — so check the maintenance records on the stadium lighting - I bet there aren’t any and suppose the fuses had blown during the game and the whole spectators areas were plunged into darkness - very poor and shabby!

This I think:
There was always just enough lights in and around the stadium to be safe (not the floodlights obviously) but if all the lighting had gone down (and maybe the street lighting as well) it would have got very silly

I'm certain that applies to Millwall TV viewers too.
