Play-offs odds

Promotion always sounds good but look at the reality of the league... the last two seasons the 3 that went up were/are at the bottom getting battered... THAT doesn't appeal to me tbh!
Unfortunately it’s a Catch 22 situation, get promoted, slaughtered in the Premiership week after week, lose your best players and sack a good manager OR do well in the Championship, don’t get promoted, retain players and manager and do well again the next season 🤷‍♂️

The odds of breaking this trend and doing a Brighton, Bournemouth or Brentford are high.

Id be happy if we just made top 6 this season. If we went up this year it would be a year too soon.

I don’t actually think we will, but I think there’s a much better chance than 1 in 28 hence my bet

I feel that you need to be top 2 with 6/7 Premiership standard players in your team to have a chance of staying up the next season, we are way off that now.

The first thing I checked this morning was have we still got Tanganga? when I saw we did I thought no matter what I'm going to enjoy the rest of this season, keep getting results we could sneak a play off spot but I've a feeling that we are in for a good cup run:thumbup:

We'd be OK as long as we didn't sign Aaron Ramsdale. Must be the Uncle Albert of goalies - 1st choice for Bournemouth in Premier League 2019/20, relegated; signed for Sheffield United 20/21 on promotion to PL, relegated; signed for Southampton this season on promotion to PL, look like being relegated!
