It was going so well until that last sentenceIt's always described as minced beef. To be accurate it's minced shin beef. Maybe if they do their research before reporting it would be more professional.
By the way I am an Arments man!!!
How un-couth. You'll be putting ketchup on it next. On the naughty step for you mateBy the way I am an Arments man!!!

A man hasn't lived or learnt until he's had a two and two from Manzes Peckham.
Manzes TBR is top notch as well but sadly situated in proper bandit country. I once visited there only to come out after some fine dining to find my horse up on bricks and legs missing. Walworth bods by all accounts. Damn bounders and cads.
I really got fed up with Manzes Peckham hill street.
When my wife was having our first, we lived on the Acorn Estate, I was down there everyday when it was open to satisfy her craving.
“I’m surprised, there’s not much gravy in the pie”. It’s not supposed to have gravy in it!!
Thought I might have got you with my first post but knew that video definitely would“I’m surprised, there’s not much gravy in the pie”. It’s not supposed to have gravy in it!!
Gravy doesn’t go with liquor does it? And it definitely doesn’t go with vinegar. You wouldn’t have a roast dinner with gravy and then put vinegar on it!
Talks about the filling being lumpy and not mashed up in Arments. That’s because they do it in the traditional way. Meat goes in the pie raw, a spray of water, a little seasoning, then the lid goes on and the meat cooks in the pie. Yes, this means the meat is more chunky but when you cut it open all that comes out is the juice from the meat and that goes lovely with liquor and vinegar. And THAT is traditional pie mash.
Manzes used to do it that way but slowly introduced gravy to the pies. Some of the shit holes over the water that claim to be traditional pie mash shops have the filling swimming in gravy. Not for me that.

Don't worry. Classic Pies, like cars, i.e. at least 40 years old will be exempt from Khan's grasp!*It's a shame an Essex mp from up north wants to save a south London inconic meal , we ought to get Khan on the case I'm sure he can create a tax if you eat it and replace it with a more traditional london meal of a curry
If he gets on the case he will insist on halal meat for the sake of inclusivity and diversity. It's a shame an Essex mp from up north wants to save a south London inconic meal , we ought to get Khan on the case I'm sure he can create a tax if you eat it and replace it with a more traditional london meal of a curry
