Parachute payments for relegated Premiership clubs

Just wondered what everyone's take on this is, as we seem to get the same (ish) teams bouncing up and down between the Championship / Premiership season in and season out... these payments clearly give these teams an unfair advantage.

Maybe these payments should be divided equally between all clubs in the Championship.

Leagues are supposed to be equal and competitive, how can they be with those payments???

This is not about winning or losing, it's about fairness to other clubs who are supposed to be competing on more or less level terms. To make things somewhat fairer the FA should give all Championship clubs the same amount of money equal to the parachute payments.
