Palace sniffing around Esse.

Really depends what happens for the rest of this season, if he carrys on as he is and ends up on 7-9 goals with a fair few assists as well and if the club wants play hard ball (Which I believe JB will do) I can see the club sticking a 25 million price tag on him!

Now he is getting a run of games he will improve quickly as he has been.

By the end of the season he will be some player can already see managers regard him as a threat by looking at how many times he is fouled during games, the last two games he was fouled more or less every time he had the ball and like Saturday he will get no protection from referees due to who he plays for.

Two years until June 2026.
I don’t think this is correct. The original contract on sites said 2023-2026 which was signed in January 2023, this was also a long-term deal. I cannot see the club extending his contract 1 year later and it only being two years, doesn’t make any sense.

The club are always cagey when it comes to contract lengths, he signed a "Long term" contract a few months ago, would be amazed if its any shorter than 2027!

If his deal is only till June 26' then we need to sell thim this winter or next summer for decent cash. If that's the plan then with Esse, then we need to get Casper to sign a new deal because he will probably be on his last year next year too.

Another defeat for palarse tonight, this could be the year their luck runs out.
I watched the second half at a mates. They look really shit and are still winless this season. Their home form is what usually gets the enough points to keep safe but that is poor too. They're overdue a relegation but they're a lucky team so will probably escape the drop again.

If they are still hanging around relegation in January it will be interesting to see whether they take the money for Eze and Guehi, those 2 might not fancy a relegation battle anyway and want away.

I doubt it. The money they get for being in the premier is worth a lot more than Esse and the other fella who they'll be relying on to help keep them up. Same reason why they never sold Zaha in his pomp. He was worth hundreds of millions to them at the time.

They'll probably end up with Moyes sooner rather than later. He'll keep the spotty wankpuffins in the premier.
