If you go along expecting a full on blood and thunder competitive football match, you will, in most cases, be very disappointed.
However, if you view it as a day out, usually in the sunshine, to meet up with fellow Millwall fans and have a bit of banter with the players, you can have a very enjoyable time.
I remember years ago down at Thanet, Paul Moody was puffing and sweating like a horse. Somebody told him that he was too old to keep up with the youngsters.
