Nesbitt

You are entitled to your opinion, but in my opinion that is a load of rubbish. Nisbet had plenty of chances . He went on the lash all summer when the likes of Flemming and Bryan worked hard on their fitness and reported back in incredible shape.

Again, this is just my opinion, but you should show a bit more respect for Harris, a man who has done more for Millwall as a player and a manager than almost anyone in our history.
This apparently is part of his ‘want away’.
“Kevin Nisbet says a Scotland recall is behind his escape from Millwall but will no doubt need more than one substitute appearance on loan to Aberdeen to revive his fortunes.“

He scored loads of goals for Hibs. Brave decision by him to come down to us and we never gave him a run in the team. Good luck to him, we were shite for him, he’s a decent player who I thought would do well for us. I don’t think any striker would do well in our team but I hope I’m wrong. This Serb Farquhar will do nothing for us. Waste of our highest transfer fee on a child with Will be leaving us next season for fk all

That's the spirit! Should have sold him 1 minute after signing him. Useless Serbian fucker. And he should take Coburn and Langstaff with him. They are all useless cunts even though none of them have yet started a league game for us, they just are.

Apart from the 'Old Firm', no teams in the SPL would hold their own in the C'ship, so that devalues Nisbet's goals in my eyes.

Why was Nisbet's decision to join us 'brave'? I'd say that the likes of the 19-year old Serb is being "braver" in leaving his homeland for a foreign country and culture where he probably doesn't know a soul.

I'll admit that I had high hopes given the impressive way Nisbet passed the ball into the net in the pre-season season friendly against Charlton but, alas, that was about as good as it got.

Nisbet started the first 7 games last season so he was given a chance. He scored 2 goals. Hardly prolific and he offered nothing outside the box. He knew the way Rowett set up the team, so if he was uncomfortable with that style, he shouldn't have joined us in the first place.

His lack of goals and ineffectiveness outside of the box would have been forgiveable if he had behaved in a professional manner. All the noises on this forum and elsewhere suggest the exact opposite. I'd say 'Good riddance' rather than 'Good luck'.

If he was still with us and we'd played like yesterday I'd imagine he'd have possibly/probably scored. Pointless dragging it all up now I suppose as he'd obviously made his mind up we weren't for him. Looked more like the "Hibs" Nisbet yesterday HOWEVER it was only Ross County. I'm delighted with his replacements.

You’re right, he had 7 games you’d have thought he’d be prolific given that opportunity unless he is as shit as you say.

Nevertheless I am pleased for him that he scored the winner for Aberdeen to put them top of SPL. Way to go son 😂🦁

If he had scored six more, they would still be top of some League in Scotland.

:grinning:

I didn't say he was shit: I said he was unprofessional.

Nisbet has demonstrated that he can score goals in the SPL. Whether he can score goals regularly in the C'ship is unproven. You seem to think that is our club's fault. I think the fault lies squarely on his shoulders.

Is it a loan with the obligation to buy like Flemming?

Cannot see us recouping the exact money we bought him for if he's going back up them ways.

If he has made his mind up on leaving, hopefully he does do well and Rangers come in for him as I cannot see anyone paying over a million other than them and Celtic.

Agreed fella, I was just really pleased when we finally signed him and wanted him to do well. Like we all did. I hoped we’d keep him and that he’d come good.
