Sorry, but I have no respect for him as a manager
I'm not going to dig you out for saying that, just wonder why that is? I read a lot about people not rating Harris as a manager so here's his record.
Harris took over after the Holloway shambles, got us into the play-off final, which we lost. Second season we squeaked into the play-offs on the last day and won 1-0 against Bradford and got promoted.
In our first season back we finished 8th. The following season we finished fourth from bottom. Harris resigned after a 1-1 draw away to Luton in 2019 when we were in 20th.
He became Cardiff manager and finished 5th and lost in the play-offs v Fulham. He was sacked in January 2021 with Cardiff in 15th.
Harris took over from Steve Evans as Gillingham manager in 2022, he couldn't save them from relegation. Gillingham started the next season badly but results improved drastically and they finished comfortably in 17th. Harris was sacked in October 2023 with Gillingham in 5th place.
Cambridge were in the bottom four when they appointed Harris in December 2023. When we approached him to become manager after sacking Joe Edwards Cambridge were mid-table.
Harris took over when were in 21st place, one point above the relegation zone. We finished 13th after taking 26 points from 13 games.
Now I'm not saying he is Guardiola or Ferguson or Ancelotti. But that is a pretty good managerial record.
