Nesbit could return ??

Only because he is under contract, not wanted by anyone I would imagine. Looks as though he has given up already at Aberdeen.
It looks like the most likely situation for us is to cut our losses and agree a pay off.

Has Flemming gone permanently, not getting many minutes at Burnley, noticed he was subbed with half hour to go midweek.

Agree he didn’t cover himself in glory with us but if his problem was with Harris, perhaps an option.

For all his faults he knows how to finish.

That would be a mistake IMO. He is comfortable with the game is played up in Scotland but he struggles with the pace of the Championship. Leave him up in Aberdeen and good luck to him, but good riddance.

Personally, I think he does have the ability to adapt to the championship from what I've seen. He got into some great positions and can strike a ball beautifully. His workrate and attitude is questionable though (along with his fitness) and I think this outweighs his ability when questioning whether we should give him another chance. If he can knuckle down and work harder for the team then I think there is a 15 goal a season striker there.

He is a good finisher but not a Millwall player, his injuries have not helped. He is reluctant to put a shift in (we have no room for passengers) and clearly has discipline problems. The culture and dressing room is v.important to Millwall and he’s been moved out for a reason. He is also clearly more comfortable closer to home.

Was it Einstein who said that genius is 5% inspiration and 95% perspiration?
There are dozens of really good players every year who fail, not for lack of talent, but lack of application.
Apologies if I have misquoted anybody, living or dead.

I always liked him. He just wasn't given a proper run. He was coveted by bigger teams than us and he chose to come to us. There's a fine striker in there somewhere and we should encourage and support him 🦁

Think he will be back word from Scotland is that Aberdeen fans now think he is Lazy and shit, and now only on the bench

If he comes back, he'll be under a new coaching or management regime, one that maybe selects him to play the way he thinks he should be playing. We'll have to wait and see..

I guess when i watched him at Hibs I saw a different Nisbet. Rangers and Celtic were linked and he could do no wrong. He was golden boy and knew it. On the basis of what I saw I'd give it a chance if he was up for it. Thing is I know he was homesick at the very least. Like ANY player, he needs to make a lot of effort. He's dropped off at Aberdeen which worries me. He was instantly handed the 9 shirt but isn't fighting for it. I know the players in there but.........

It’s a shame, he has a bit of class about him BUT is let down by a poor attitude 😞

Seen him rip defences apart Purley but I just don't think he can make London work. Hindsight and all that but if we'd signed Porteous and him as a pair I think it would have been a different story HOWEVER, we can't really give preferential treatment. He's definitely wasting a more than adequate talent.

Up until now, it seems that both Nisbet and Flemming have not lived up to their
expected level and promise since leaving Millwall. I can understand the decline in Nisbet because of his supposed attitude (if true). But Flemming has surprised me, I thought he might have made more of a bigger splash when he landed in Burnley.

Must be worth a try. He's our player and needs looking at. Things are about to change and we need to be sensible about how we manage our staff.

When people are out of their comfort zone, mental health and the way you see things change. There's different levels of that obviously. My first Gulf tour, I wanted my mummy, I'm not ashamed to say! If you can't lift yourself/ be lifted you're on a hiding to nothing. I know Kev felt lonely very quickly.
