Should Harris be offered a new contract?

Neil was offered 2.5 years when he rejoined in February, but declined that offer, settling for 18 months.
The club does not need to do anything at this point, other then see what happens between now and January.
By my reckoning, his remit this season is to keep us mid table or better, while overseeing the clubs policy of reducing the average age of the team and replacing long standing players with the younger players provided for him.
Whether that part of his remit will sit well with him remains to be seen.

He might not want to stay.
I wouldn't blame him

Fuck scoring three goals in games when you can win 1-0. Bring back Edwards so we can get relegated playing nice football. The famous Millwall way. Anyone that wants/appreciates a manager that got us promoted and helped to keep us in this league needs their head testing*

We need to be relegated and stay in league one for 4/5 year then rebuild properly.

For those who have voted NO so far... who would you want to see at the helm then? I've had quite a think and I can honestly say that I can't think of anyone who would love Millwall more than NH.... he may not be the most tactical of managers but he is doing OK at the moment and our club could do with some stability with what has gone on in the last few years!

It’s not about where we are in the table, albeit I don’t want us to be in and around the relegation zone, but whether or not a manager can get the best out of his squad and players.
He certainly could last season and there's signs that his brand/ our style of play is evolving too. I think he has focussed on the areas we needed to strengthen and improve in most and has got that right too so far.

Personally I am enjoying watching Millwall play again, the brand of football is not hoof ball its front foot attacking and high energy with a mixture of good on the floor passes and some long ball. Harris has obviously grown as a manager and has proven that he can get teams into the championship play offs as he did at Cardiff. He should stay developing our squad of younger players and keep us entertained.

There's posters on our forums and twitter etc that could piss promotion with this team but they prefer to get up a 6am every morning and break their bollox for proper money. Who wants to earn thousands a week just for telling people what to do all the time? Mugs game.
think our fans know all the good he has done but what are the negative's
would be interesting to see why people don't think he,s up to the job
i just can't get my head around it we are playing good football getting good Crowes we got loads of stuff around the ground before the games
i just don't get why so many people are unhappy with our club at the moment

I think the main reason we dont play as much hoofball anymore is due to Casper De Norre. He moves to find space to receive the ball from the defence and always passes forwards. Esse is the same, always looking to play forwards.

It's got to be a yes, of he was doing that bad and we was struggling he would walk like he did before. He would do the honorable thing as he loves the club

I can't think why some would want NH out the door, he is getting the team to play the way JE was suppose to.
I think we will have a better idea of how the season 'might' pan out for us at he back end of the year.
Also on a personal note, I have been waiting for a few seasons to see this kind of football and I don't remember under GR or JE scoring goals like the one Esse got or Watmore's away to Brizzle.

Oddly enough, this season we are playing a lot less hoofball, serving up more attacking football, creating a lot more chances and always look capable of scoring.

Now, I'm no shit stirrer, but the difference this season to last season? No Flemming.
I think Casper De Norre has benefited from that, because he is starting to hit some real good form.

In my opinion, we've not missed him...Yet (possibly)
Food for thought, maybe?
