I would guess that the team NH picks against Southampton will be pretty near the one we'll field against Watford.

Not sure about that Robbo given how fickle some of our fans are. Would love it if everyone did though. We need to back our youngsters like Esse. Emakhu etc and not cunt them off when they try things that don’t come off. Applaud them for trying and they will continue and develop. If all on MOL do it at games we influence others to do the same and 👊 those that moan.

Keeper : Roberts over Jensen for me. Early days but delivery was pretty good today and was unlucky with the penalty.
RB : McNamara or Leonard - pretty even, neither will let you down
LB : Bryan - Played well this week. I may have done him an injustice in the past as he said he has been carrying injuries but is now all ok. Certainly looks better. Wallace is miles off it sadly. Also went off injured as did Maliki
RCB : Tanganga or Harding - Tango not quite up to speed yet. Harding got better and played really well today. No problem with either.
LCB : Cooper
RM : Esse - No problem with Honeyman here either for a battle.
CM : Honeyman - De Norre was better today but still doesn't do enough for me.
CM : Saville - Consistant. Massey just needs time but I would no problem with him starting. Always looking for the ball. Technically very good.
LM : Emakhu - not his best game today but did well in the other games - Watmore still doesn't have much end product for me, but is ok.
CF : Bradshaw not done much but does come up with goals - Langstaff not really shown anything at all yet but early days.
CF : Nisbet - Looked better today but still not created much. Leahy has done well every time he has come on. Certainly doesn't look out of place.

You're right. When I think of Millwall fans I tend to think of my generation, not some of the modern lot, who want us to spend £30million and play like Man City.

Hopefully can't read too much into players coming off injured, unless they're carried off , slightest knock not worth the risk with others available especially in a friendly.
 
Sitting right at the front, so couldn't see what was going on on the far side of the pitch in both halves.For me it was a tightly contested pre season kick about and good to see some of the new players, but not much action.
A nice touch was both Saville and Bradshaw walking amongst the Wall supporters to thank us for the support and for the youngsters to get their pictures taken...A warm and humid day and no alcohol on sale, reputation proceeds perhaps and a good turn out with supporters from other UK teams there!.
 
I just can’t wait for this season to start.
Neil Harris back, and as said here, we are so lucky to have him. Proper Wall, knows and gets us, and if people get on his back, then they should just feck right off.
Because if he is getting it wrong, then he will be hurting just as much as us.

Good team, strong bench, Wall manager, best crowds since the 50’s and young JB at the helm.

It’s a great time to be Wall………….. how lucky we are.

Ha. As soon as i read that he was greeting fans i just smiled and thought exactly that ^^^^ mate. The exact same words. Even got the tingle down my spine as the thought came. English by birth- Millwall by the grace of God. It's a blessing mate and Harris oozes all the traits that separate us and make us a class apart from everyone else. He's a fine human and the epitome of what it entails to be a Millwall legend

It doesn't surprise me with what he did. His love, passion and commitment for our club and us is quite amazing and something that makes me feel very proud. He's a fine human and the epitome of what it takes to be considered a proper Millwall legend.
