Millwall TV annual and monthly passes

Thanks for the update.

ISDN is being phased out worldwide and I don't think that it will be supported in the UK after 2025, so that may explain the change?

What it doesn't do is explain why the new equipment/ protocol doesn't work. My theory - without a thread of evidence to support it - is that the provider in question has adopted an AGILE based Project Management methodology. This basically means that products are released untested and bugs fixed when the user reports them. Supporters of the AGILE methodology would say that is not the case and that I don't understand the philosophy behind AGILE. At least they are right on the second point. Rant over (for now)🤷😉
You could well be right.
.
I forgot to add above that with the new system, the full match replay video will be available much sooner after the match than is currently the case.

Head spinning tech stat wankery :clap:

What does any of it mean? :grinning:

This might be useful information for anyone watching a match on Millwall TV in the future.

I started watching yesterday's match using Arc browser and my VPN set to Brussels. The picture was really poor, very blurry and occasionally buffering.
I contacted my son, who said that the picture was fine where he was, in Lille.

So, at half time, I changed browser to Firefox and shifted my VPN to Luxembourg.
Perfect HD picture, and not one second of buffering!

Once you have low expectations of something, you're not surprised when it is shit, even though it was not the streamers fault, this time.

It's hit and miss for me at the moment with or without VPN. Yesterday initially I had a decent picture but no commentary, then the feed went down. Went to the kitchen to make a cup of tea and when I returned I had a perfect picture with commentary from the Derby team🤷 Incidentally, they were probably the best pair of away commentators that I can remember. Extremely objective and fair. Only time they got the hump was over the penalty incident, and I can't say that I blame them for that.

That is useful information for my department and the Ministry of iFollow.
One would think in this digital age that it would either work or not work, wouldn't you?
I mean, that is the very definition of digital, as opposed to analogue, isn't it?
N.B. Ulster: Analogue doesn't mean what you hope it does. Don't get excited!

And why you should get the wrong commentary when the correct one was clearly working, I couldn't possibly explain.

One thing does seem strange.
If it is true that they have refunded those who bought match passes for the WBA game, why have they not made a similar offer to those with monthly or annual passes?
That’s discrimination, that is.
I deffo got the West Brom game £ tenner refunded Paul. Very quickly
