That is not right. Debit cards are covered by the same protection as credit cards & if goods are faulty or dont arrive your bank has to cover the cost.
Consumers who use debit cards are protected by the Electronic Funds Transfer Act (EFTA).

If that is what has happened, why are other clubs affected too?
Or does the same company run numerous clubs' shops?

Yes. Gone into administration leaving several clubs up the swanny. Millwall have offered to buy the stock- job lot- but the administrators ain't having it. Will be a long drawn out saga.
