My heart bleeds for you......peanut butter! My normal route tomorrow.
Pre match nap from 2o'clock to about 3.30.
Then I get up. Walk down the corridor to the lounge. Normally takes me about 3 seconds, could take longer of the robot vacuum cleaner is there.
Cross the lounge, another 3 seconds. Fortunately, I live in a bungalow, so no tricky stairs to negotiate.
Switch on my PC and log in to Millwall OS.
Change sound output to TV.
Then I put the kettle on to make a pre match cup of tea.
Switch on the telly and select HDMI 3.
Then back to the PC (oh what a chore), 'cos I normally forget to put it on full screen.
Then make the tea just in time to settle on the sofa for the 4pm kick off.
Cushty! COYL
Early kick offs are a real pain, as I miss my pre match nap!!!
It's tough following the Lions innit?![]()
UGH! Disgusting. My heart bleeds for you......peanut butter!
You’re setting yourself up for disappointmentAbsolutely buzzing for tomorrow! Some quality signings through the door, some decent form coming into this and 3pm ko (for once) infront of a sellout den. Coyls!!!
That's generally what happens but we'll seeYou’re setting yourself up for disappointment![]()
Lifelong dedication in action.Honestly don't know how you cope BP.
That would break lesser men.![]()
OK, you win15 mile drive to Belfast airport, £££ to bloody park, flight to Gatwick, shuttle to train station, choo choo to London Bridge, and a hop skip and jump to S Bermondsey, God's country.
Worth every penny, and a 4.30 alarm.
Love it.
That line is shocking. my mate lives in Witham and regularly doesn't go because of the bus replacement from Newbury Park. Fuck that after having a few beers in the pub after the game!Yet the prices are still expensive, stopped me going but I looked at going 1st March and there are no works ongoing and they offer a special deal £24 return, can't book it though because it's 5th round of the cup that weekend.
Other option is change at Stratford and get the Jubilee to Canada Water. We usually pop in the plough now that China Hall is closed. Supposed to be re-opening - was a decent boozer so hope it happens.I'm sure others have longer trips ,it's just a pain in the fucking arse.
Normally S'mkt to Liverpool St, little stroll across to London Bridge, couple in the Redwood then onto Sth Bermondsey.
I would be asleep by half time if I had to get up at 4.30 on match day.15 mile drive to Belfast airport, £££ to bloody park, flight to Gatwick, shuttle to train station, choo choo to London Bridge, and a hop skip and jump to S Bermondsey, God's country.

My best ever and funniestoment at the Den was Vs QPR. 2-1 down, 5 mins to go. They boot a clearance just over the dug out. Ball is thrown back down and lands on Joe Jordans nut, knocks him over. Comes up ready to take on all suspects.. Ball is bouncing around the dug out and is thrown upwards from the floor towards.the waiting Millwall player. Smacks Harry Rednapp full in the face! We're all laughing so much we missed Millwall's equaliser.qpr games to me brings back different memories winning at white city 2-1 loosing at loftus road 6-1 ,Rodney Marsh , mad support that day ,then the first date with my now wife ,3-2 top of the league .
Since I retired,I’ve forgotten that there is two 4.30s in a day.I would be asleep by half time if I had to get up at 4.30 on match day.
Sorry Brockley, the ground will be full of all the new signings, not much room for us lot.Does anyone have a CBL upper spare tomorrow?
