Our keeper gets crucified for a mistimed challenge with more media time than a war going on, yet Mansfield town player Lucas Akins played last night despite pleading guilty to DEATH by dangerous driving yesterday not heard much on the talkshit radio or sky about that

Banging your swede against the proverbial if you think we are ever going to get a fair crack of the whip, we upset too many virtue signalling ,sandal wearing ,tofu eating snowflake members of the Leftwaffe.
Take it on the chin ,dust ourselves down and keep coming back and upsetting the cunts .
It won't ever change. Nobody is interested in all the good that the club do , it don't generate news or clicks.
We are what we are , the biggest little small club in the world , and long may it continue.
As many have said.
Fuck em all.

Or Simon Jordan who has used bad driving as an example to compare with Roberts tackle as something you can't excuse!
Still fights our corner at times and objective about things when press go overboard but been putting the boot in on Roberts on this.
Thought he was alright but been a bit of a c##t over this!

I'm anxious to hear Steve Parish's opinion before I decide to comment further.
Surely a charge of bringing the game into disrepute at the very least.

As for the BBC, what clown allowed him to be interviewed? They will be asking Trump on his opinion next.

Liam Roberts must be truely traumatised, having apologised, which was accepted he is at the centre of a witch hunt. He is a victim, both by MSM and social media, perhaps legal assistane should be sought!

He went for a clearance, completed his task, and the follow through which was inevitable because of the speed that the committed players were travellong at, ended in him getting castigated.

If Matteta had used his head, he would have seen he couldn't get the ball and pulled out of his challenge, yes his challenge.

In the words of Matthew Hopkins, when lowering accused into rivers, If they float they are guilty, if they drown they are innocent

Media even slating the fans for applause on the 8th min for Robert's as a gesture from the fans we are behind him regardless of the on line abuse and media assernation

As Stowall alluded to it doesn’t matter what we do the media conveniently overlook the good things that the club do in the Community, at the Forefront of the kick it out campaign, Family club of the year . Easier to criticise than to praise .You all know what Reg Burr said back in the Seventies , it’s still the same today 50 years later and it won’t change . And , you know what ? I wouldn’t change it either , if we can’t get under the skin of these absolute spastics and the mainstream media lentil eating , shoe knitting tree hugging freaks then half the fun of following the Wall has gone for me . Even read one post on social media likening Robert’s challenge on Mateta to cannibalism.

To be honest Trump would have a more rational and nuanced opinion that that nonce Parish.

I normally like him, but he's started believing his own publicity recently and is spewing out condescending drivel on a regular basis. His overboard verbal against Roberts this week has been shocking. He's constantly referring to him as 'a coward' or 'a cowardly footballer'.

For someone who likes to portray himself as hyper intelligent, I'm surprised that he has attacked Roberts from the safety of the studio in such a way that he (Roberts) couldn't respond to the insults. I mean, isn't that cowardly? The irony seems to have flown miles above his head.

The last thing I'll say on this that it is truly astounding the way the media in all its forms (print, tv,, radio and online) as well as the social media sites seem to have no regard on how this could be affecting Roberts himself, he has apologised and Mateta has accepted, Roberts will take the punishment necessary and we all move on.

The thing that is most shocking about all of these attacks, verbal and written, is that they have been against someone who has no right of reply.
Jordan et al would not dream of saying the things they have directly to his face.
That makes them all cowards in my view.
How many games has Jordan played to gain this insight into, or about, ANY pro footballer?
