Leeds cup game

Leeds have put their tickets for this game on sale today so we should find out what the details of our allocation is.
What I do notice is the adult ticket price is only 20 quid , a time to put our promotion campaign on the back burner and get at ‘em in the greatest knock out competition in the world. IMG_2771.pngIMG_2771.png

Just be happy to get out of this one , and the games between now and then , with no more injuries. I'd be staggered if we sold our allocation ,whatever it is ,with the apathy amongst everyone at the minute , plus the prospect of a tear up is the stuff of dreams for various reasons these days.

I’m the first to admit I’m going to bottle it.
Do I need the grief at my age of leaving home at 7:00 then trying to find somewhere to park, hoping I don’t get a clump walking to the ground (while the keyboard warriors give it large from the safety of their bedrooms)
I could get the coach I suppose
Now you’ve got me at it!
Probably not though

No worse than any other ground , jump in a cab at the station , they have had the large downstairs bar inside open before ground before , actually prefer the early KO but understand it wont work for everyone

Now 👀 at train times!

Went last season on the Sunday, good few beers with the locals and us in spoons at the station, no ag on the bus to the ground and well organised after, all of us on buses straight to the station. My boy was with me, we had a Ruby just outside the station that was epic and then a few beers before jumping on the rattler down to Grantham. Great day out, as will the cup game be.

My business is/was in Spalding before we just had to close. Spent 4 years in Spalding, a place left in the 80’s with some real salt of the earth people. Friends from London asked me what it was like, I always said, imagine a small Tooting or Wandsworth high st in the 80’s. Still have a market twice a week and full of white British with more recently Eastern Europeans.

It’ll live fondly in my heart but will never be home. Home’s changed enough to not want to go back either. Bromley, Mottingham, Lee Green are not what they were. Camberwell was where I grew up in the early years and haven’t been back for a while so not sure how it’s paned out.

Any idea of ticket dates and allocation yet or are the clubs going to tell us the day before?
It’s been over a week since they decided the date and time of the kickoff, with the post in the state it is there is little time for tickets to be posted.
Pay on the day?

I think it’s a very cynical way to reduce how many attend.

How can you plan time off, travel, hotels etc if you don’t know if you have a ticket

Can't understand the delay they have been on sale to leed's fans this week and go on general sale to them tomorrow
They know what stand they are putting us is in so they know our allocation
Just put the tickets on sale
