Hosepipe ban/football pitches

Does anyone know if a hosepipe ban will affect football pitches? There’s an obsession with over watering them at the best of times.
Klopp had the hump Saturday because Fulham hadn’t watered and Coventry’s match was called off because the pitch was sh**
You can legally water freshly laid turf but that’s as far as my knowledge goes.
Will dry pitches lead to more injuries?

Depends on which horse pipe you're referring to.. If it's mine, matters not as I don't use it to water the pitch.

You might be right but I did read that when it comes to gas & electric, certain industries have already been given priority over others
