Anyone who entered or tried to leave by the Surrey Canal Road entrance will know what I’m talking about, it’s a disgrace.
Because of whatever works are going on there’s only a two foot path with large metal plates lying about with little or no light. It was taking ten minutes to get out of the ground & if there had been a fire it would have been carnage. Honestly, if the council came down they’d make sure the entrance was blocked off completely or call Wednesday game off.

It delayed me by 25/30 minutes. Struggled to catch my booked train home. This arrangement was plain dangerous and would never pass a safety certificate inspection. That gate will be closed on Wednesday night, and it will still be quicker getting back to Surrey Queys station the longer way round. A dreadful standard to set given the upcoming years of construction work around the stadium. This was sacking offence level

On the way in someone had moved the barrier so you just had to step over too sleeper on the floor no problem going out was bad they had put the barrier back and had old bill stopping anyone moving them needs sorting out by Wednesday

Ain’t it been like that for a few weeks now?
It was bad last week but there was two ways in past the fenced off hole in the ground. Because of the puddle (I think) there was only one way & that was past some metal plates that could have cut your legs to bits

Top tip, don't wear white trainers!!!

I refused to walk that road into the ground. Got more potholes than The Mutt has dug in the garden
