I might be blind but couldn’t see him anywhere on the pictures posted on the official website of them training in the new training gear. Anyone spot him or is he injured/about to leave?
He's on the official website 1st team line up but so is Sarkic... I'd thought they would have sorted that out by now tbh.I might be blind but couldn’t see him anywhere on the pictures posted on the official website of them training in the new training gear. He is on the pic on the OS with the new shirt and new sponsor. I would have put money on him going at the end of last season but he is still about. Maybe there could be some interest before the season starts. This is the last year on his contract and we must avoid a Jed situation where we let his contract run down and he left for nothing!
Must be an option to trigger an extra year?
Goalie?Don't think much of the new signing next to Billy!!!
Think he will thrive under Harris if given the free role that Jed Wallace had.Aparently Flemming loved the shirt so much he is staying.
I think he showed that he's willing roll his sleeves up and get stuck in for the team. Harris demands that from his players. Maybe the predicament we found ourselves in after the lunatic left also had a baring on how Harris chose to utilise him. I did feel at times that we were less of a threat with Flemming playing deeper but needs must and we were getting results. I can understand why some fans expected more from him and had a grumble but perhaps a bit of context should have been applied because you couldn't question his commitment.I know he has his detractors but he genuinely seems to love playing for us and his role as a leader in the team last season was huge.
The goals I’ve seen from Langstaff tend to be when he’s been played in behind from a decent midfield passer. If we can get Casper and 007 on the ball, with his movement I think we could create a few decent chances for the blokeI think he showed that he's willing roll his sleeves up and get stuck in for the team. I do hope he gets to play where he's most comfortable and where he prefers. I think he's showed many good traits in his time with us. He doesn't sulk or show signs of being frustrated. Circumstances have meant he's never really had the opportunity to get an understanding/ partnership going with a team mate. I think he would thrive with someone to play off
Like with Twinkjlebollox i also think Flemming needs the ball at his feet as much as possible. I think he'll create and score if he's given more of a free roll and less defensive duties. I hope that's the case now we start with a clean slate and a fit striker in Langstaff to provide some continuity for Flemming.
Think De Norre will come good in that role this season. Our midfield players have to step up this season and be more proactive in getting the ball forward quicker .....,we just do not have a player in midfield who can deliver a killer pass regularly or even a decent forward pass to feet , its alright signing a forward but if he does not get a decent service it's money wasted like Nesbit
Hope so ,think there is a blinding player for us under his white sheet.Think De Norre will come good in that role this season.
