Would be great to see him starting matches this time next year whilst lovelace is still playing in some cowfield in Scotlands non league.
Best thing for the club is that it can show to schoolkids, that we are trying to sign, that colour doesn't matter and the club can get the best out of you and give you a quicker path to first team football than most other clubs in the top 2 divisions.

Fortunately, it seems like we have. I would hope that "long term contract" means 3-years which is the longest allowed for U18s.I trust we have Esse under a long-term contract
For some reason I thought Esse was 19. In fact, he doesn't turn 18 for a couple of months. I hope that I'm not putting the mockers on him but he really is some prospect.
