Birmingham

Be careful up there mate, They have got the right pox with us after last season's complete piss take.
We should have the pox with them after what they did to one of our straight goers. Hope they get it big time at the den later this season.
Never got the love in some of our lot have with theirs these days. Was a proper lively fixture back in the day. Pure hatred.

Went up there midweek game 86, a good 100 of us, we met in the Eliza Doolittle pub that used to be just off Euston road, murders before the game with a mob of ours heavily outnumbered after being split up by OB in the bullring, the walk back to New street after the match was proper moody, everyone stuck together but the old bill had it sussed, on the journey back to Euston the talk was that when we were away to Chesterfield later that season they ( Brum) were at palace, the plan was to ambush at penge if my memory serves me right but it never materialised as peoples doors were going in weeks before in the Met’s “operation full time”..

I’ve gone to a few Brum away games since the early 90s (including one particularly pant shitting occasion when me and a mate got split from our lot after the game) and it was always a gaff where you had to be properly on the ball and even though the heyday of FV is long gone I honestly never thought i would see the day when a mob of Millwall would stroll through Digbeth unescorted and completely untouched like last season.

Got to assume Plod will keep us penned in after for maximum inconvenience, plus a detoured route match with escort to the station. Don't plan on going anywhere quick. COYL.

Left my motor in the estate down behind the ground a couple of years back (Saturday kick off, lovely day but they held us at the gates for ages). Old bill told me not to go down there but I’d no choice. Cnts with bats looking for trouble with thin air, when it was all going off at the roundabout. Couldn’t believe I didn’t get picked off, luck of the drawer.

Done a couple of night games up there, fucking horrible place. Weirdly done Villa a few times as well and always had a decent trip
It helped that old station was a fart stitch from the ground, forget what it was called.
Not as close as Hulls mind you.

And like you said one of ours badly attacked for nothing, all the friend ship will be In trouble as will be lively both home and away...,

Fantastic day , very game Brum mob but they ran for their trains very lively
The following game at theres was a night game and very lively. We had about a 100 odd, but a very solid 100. Came out the station and the old bill tried their usual trick of splitting us up at the bullring but we blanked them and stuck together. We came out the bullring and it went off. I got nicked and never made it to the ground. Standard for me around that time 😆
I was only 17 and my arse was going like a good un I’m not going to lie, but you’ve got to stand your ground ain’t you 😆
