AN to sign a new contract

Great news and well deserved.

The big thing for me with him, and the club of course, is his willingness to work
with young(er) players and give them a chance. Which must be encouraging for the players in the U21/U18 squads.

Maybe it's AN's coaching methods or his staff, who knows, but in my opinion, the Serb, Azeez, Billy and one or two others, certainly started to improve after AN arrived. Even Cooper looked more confident with the ball.

AN: “Since my first day, the commitment and togetherness I’ve seen from everyone at the club - players, staff, and fans - has been really special. That unity has helped us build strong foundations for the seasons ahead, and to be a part of that journey is incredibly exciting.

“I’ve said it many times: this club is special. It’s only when you truly experience the work going on behind the scenes, speak with the fans, and work alongside the players and staff day in and day out, that you realise just how unique it really is."

Well said. Since Alex Neil came in, Ivanovic clearly improved no end. Billy Mitchell too. Joe Bryan looked a different player. RBW was brought in out of nowhere and helped us win a few vital games. The key thing to any successful club is stability and everyone singing from the same hymn sheet and we definitely have that.

Quick bit of what James Berylson said about it :
“It’s an exciting time to be a Millwall supporter and I’m sure everyone is as eager as I am to get the 2025/26 season underway.”

Sort of shuts the Saudi buyout up
Or 'I'm getting 1 billion dollars next week, I'll buy myself a season ticket and be able to sit back and enjoy the football without having to put 35k into the club every day.'

Still can't believe Alex Neil is only 43 years old and has had ten years experience as a manager.

Great news and deserved, he showed what he can accomplish and with proper backing what he is capable of delivering , a manager that fills me with confidence with his tactics and how he wants us to play and a man I can relate to, he feels like one of us already. Probably get sacked in November now hahaha

Let's hope he has all the players he needs next season to play two upfront. Definitely need more goals if we're to make top six.
