Alex Neil.

Totally holds his hands up and admits the mistakes he made tonight. No passing the buck and putting all the blame on the players. Really really like this bloke…

I like his straight forward no nonsense replies, no 'buck passing/finger pointing' ... It ends with him! I liked it when he says they win and lose as a team, sounds like they are ALL taking responsibility regardless of position played and do not want it to happen again and he even admitted that he may have asked too much too soon of them... I have a good feeling about AN, there is something in him that was not there in others.

What else could he say he believed the hype after beating Leeds reserves I’m nowhere near convinced by him yet didn’t want him to begin with hope he proves me wrong but I doubt it

When he was interviewed in the week he stated that we were on a good run but was well aware that it could stop at any time in the Championship. He also stated that the more we improve the more our fans will expect.

The Leeds "reserve team" cost more than our squad so they should beat us on paper, their manager must have thought the same.

To be fair WE didn't have our strongest team either with 4 injuries and 2 cup tied... we just held our own and Leeds looked for excuses.
