Apart from trying to change the way we play too much, Edwards just isn't a good manager of people, AN seems to be more like Harris and knows how to treat them and earn their respect.

Body language.... you can see from how he is talking he is reflective on things that have actually happened, not making up troupes to pad out an interview effectively saying fuck all.

You can see how he has got the players on board, feels like he has professionalised the operation, longer term strategy balanced with the here and now transition. Not felt that in a long long time.

Clearly onboard with JB/Gallen strategy and portrays that in how it talks about it being a team effort. I can see him being here a very long time (unless poached).
